About Us

Every Child Achieves (ECA) Early Intervention Program, also known as Todo Nino Aprende, is a bilingual program that is dedicated to providing top quality Infant Developmental Services to children and their families in their natural environment throughout Southern California.

Our Program:

Each child’s program is individualized specifically to his/her needs and within the context of his/her family. These individualized programs are based on the understanding that all aspects of development influence and support each other. We make use of a myriad of specific activities to enhance progress in each of the developmental domains, including physical motor abilities, cognition, communication, and social-emotional skills. For a child to reach his full potential, all of these areas must interrelate. The child must develop the ability to take in, process and respond to information from the environment appropriately. Each child’s program will delineate which services are needed to enhance his/her highest level of development.

Eligibility:

Every Child Achieves is a Regional Center funded program that focuses on providing services to children, ages 0 to 36 months old, who have developmental delays. These may be caused from biological, medical as well as environmental conditions.

This federally mandated program entitles the identified young children and their families to an assessment and a plan for the services to meet the needs of the child.

The Benefits of an Early Intervention Program:

Research has shown that a child learns more in the first three years of life than will be learned in the rest of their lifetime. This is the time when the foundation is laid for the acquisition of more complex skills and competencies needed for success in school and in all of life’s activities. Our quality Early Intervention program provides opportunities to maximize a child’s developmental capabilities and help meet critical learning milestones that help to ensure his/her growth potential.

Services for Children Over 3:

It is recommended that you contact your local Pediatrician regarding receiving services through your medical insurance. In addition, you may contact your local school district to see if your child qualifies for any services funded by the school district and coordinate an IEP assessment. At this time, Every Child Achieves is only able to offer services funded by the regional center through the “early start program” for children ages under 3.
